Booking not confirmed with house owners

<p>We listed our holiday home with booking.com and they've made bookings without even consulting us if the dates were still open for these bookings. We informed the guests that booked with booking.com that we can't accommodate them as we are already booked for the dates they required. We have paid guests for the dates and now booking.com wants us to pay R25000+ for relocating their guests. We feel that NO booking has been made as NO deposit has even been paid yet.</p>
