Booking nightmares at Dips and Tips Hotel & Spa by Booking.com

On May 2nd, I booked with a 3-month payment deadline, but they took payment immediately. 35 days later, I'm still chasing a refund. Despite multiple queries, both Booking.com and the Dips and Tips Hotel and Spa claim the refund was processed, yet no funds have been returned. No apologies, no updates. Only after threatening legal action did they suddenly agree to refund today.

Extremely disappointed in their customer service and transparency.
