Booking ignores ***** cases

I had a ***** stay through booking. When going to review, the review had already been written on my behalf. I.e. my account was hacked. After a lot of back and forth, they advised me to change my password. I said I did not accept this and was ignored. Shocking service. Clearly their only priority is profit and nothing else. Very *****!!!
