BOOKING DOT COM HAS TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

Terrible experience. They have deducted R7100.00 from my banking account without me booking anywhere. Trying to speak to them telephonically is not possible as the calls continously don't work. The email system appears to be automated. I have deleted their app. My bank is busy with the dispute. I am appalled as I have heard since of many people having the same experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM- THEY ARE NOT A GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER- THIS IS *****.
