Booking Dot Com car rental

Booking dot com is advertising cars with unlimited kilometers while they don't have agreement with car rental companies.

After dropping a car, I had extra charges which Booking dot com refused to refund. They gave me stupid excuses. They don't even have email address to contact, they have a very difficult system to communicate.

It has been back and forth but they don't own their mistakes.

Book with car rental company and never use booking doc come.
