Booking .com ***** your money

I made a booking. It turned out that the room was already taken and I have tried to get my money back. Booking .com is making it so difficult to get my money back. They just send me the same email every time asking me the same questions in each email. They obviously don't intend refunding me. I don't recommend using them at all. They just ***** your money.
