Booking. Com plz bring back my money

On the 15th of December 2022,i made a booking via booking. Com, the venue that I booked was The House of the North, I paid a sum of 4300, but we were unable to use the venue, as the owner of the apartment told us that the venue was not available, and we can not use, so I booked another venue, when the owner refunded my money back it was only 3100 if not mistaken, and I was not able to cancel the booking since I did not give me any option to cancel, all I want is booking. Com to bring back my money they took as their commission.
