Booking .com is a ****

I booked a weekend away with booking.com .When we arrived at the place we booked , the doors were closed . According to the neighbours as well as other establihments I phoned around for alternative accomodation) we were the 4th booking in three weeks . I tried to make contact with booking.com, but their local offices is closed . I tried their website , but only partners of booking.com are allowed to complain about guests. Unhappy guests can are not allowed to complain . I repleid to all their emails , also the three asking for a rating , but after thee weeks I am still getting ignored . Booking.com is a **** , and must withdraw from South Africa . We do not need Booking.com ARE ******* AND ******* .
