We've booked a trip to Kingdom Lodge with booking. Com few months ago and unfortunately we had ti cancel due to unforseen circumstances. My husband is been getting empty promises from them and even drove to their offices but even to date,we've not got our refunds. Booking, Com is a ****, becareful people.
