Booking. Com cant even be trusted anymore.

We have made a booking the same day we were in need of the accommodation. We are shown a room that doesbt even have a curtain over the window. We arw then shown to the room we have aeen in the site and asked to pay 400 extra unacceptable and asked our money back. The lady says we can cancel on booking. Com and call the office monday for a refund. I called and was told i cant hace a my money back. Bedrock studio in strand cape town pathetic. Im hoing to open a case. I called booking. Com as why they allowing this business to use their site to mislead people. I was told they will call the accommodation the agent then placed me on hold she got back to tell me she wasnt able to speak to the onwer she will send a mail and get back to me. I received no help at all
