BOOKING.COM AND OAK TREE COTTAGE pe

<p>I made a booking on booking.com where the procedure is to take half the deposit and the balance when I book in. The deposit was deducted and two weeks later the balance. Calling booking.com is a nightmare as it is international and the people at the call center are slow and their grasp of english not very good. My problem is the length of time it takes for them to resolve the issue. I have now cancelled my booking and wonder how long it will be before I receive my money back?</p>
