Booking.com a DISGRACE

<p> </p> <p>It was early this month or so we had booked a 2 night stay at zimbali estate for the 23rd-25th of September 2017 on BOOKING.COM. After confirming our stay on BOOKING.COM , We were sent a confirmation email from BOOKING.COM with a reservation number. The email also stated that a particular number would call me to confirm booking. The very next day A guy by the name of George Campbell calls me to say that i should pay R4800 as a deposit to secure my stay. I did just that and received a email saying that my booking was confirmed.</p> <p>Last night BOOKING.COM emails me saying that my booking was cancelled and i should contact + ********** 9114 for details. This number is never answered!</p> <p>At this point, BOOKING.COM is of no help to me and im considering taking legal action against them.</p> <p>I would never suggest BOOKING.COM to anyone! They are disgraceful!</p>
