Booking com

I feel physically sick. My first booking through Booking.com. I check all the guests in. They arrived late ...10,30pm. I went to check them out today only to discover my parents entire guest house ransacked and absolutely everything ****** (linen, every towel (all new), bedding (new), New TVS, my gicas, toasters, kettles, ovens, vacuum cleaners, well EVERYTHING etc etc)#feeling so upset#****med#at least I was unharmed. But minus- R100 000. Booking.com you should do credit checks on your guests! ? and booking.com asked us to send photos of before and after which we did.still we are receiving absolutely NO payment as they say I should have put a damage charge in. But how can you put a damage deposit for an entire house hold contents being ******. And they are not stopping the guests who checked in from booking other guesthouses without the police directly contacting them. This is crazy. I've done a police report bur surely they should be stopping these guests from repeating the same to other guest houses??
