Booking.com

<p>I am very disappointed with booking.com.</p> <p>i have made two bookings and both a problem. </p> <p>First one was at Anchors Rest Herm**** where I filled in in the application 2 adults and 1 child 6 years they confirmed my booking and then I am now told by the establishment that they only take kids from 7? Second booking at One Fine Stay booked for sane people only to find we were in a room for 2 and we had to pay extra to secure correct accommodation.</p> <p>This is not acceptable please help</p> <p> </p> <p>Best Regards </p> <p>Odette van Wyk </p>
