Booking. com

Booking.com are not reliable I rented a car and due to the fact that I was ****** and lost my Licence their partner Europcar could not release the car and booking.com said they can't change the booking to my wife's name who had a valid Licence because the system won't allow and the I asked for cancelation and refund they said still the system can't allow. So my 5 days car rental with insurance R4500. 00 just like that, only because their system knows only to take our money but can't amend anything to accommodate their customers. This is a day light *******
