Booking cancelled without informing me

I would like to express my disappointment from the service I received from booking.com for the 9th of may 2026, upon arrival at the place (regal inn North beach) I was told that booking.com has cancelled my booking and this was done without informing me. I had to run around looking for alternative accomodation as the place was fully booked. I called booking.com customer service and the consultant hung up on me after I had explained my experience. Booking NR ***. I'm highly disappointed with booking.com
