Booking *** Cancelled by Property and NOT refunded

Unfortunately one can't give you ZERO stars!!

I made a booking for December 2023 through the booking.com platform for accommodation at 86 Chakas Coves on 18 December 2022 and on 02 June 2023 the PROPERTY cancelled the booking. To date, 11 July 2023, I have NOT been refunded. Dealing with your customer service is tedious and painful. I have called customer services and was advised to submit proof of payment and bank statements, this was done on 04 July 2023. On 09 July I received an e-mail from your team advising that I need to submit the documents (again). I feel that I have been ****** by your platform as the partners that you have on your site appear to be a **** as they are now nowhere to be found on the internet nor on Bokking.com anymore. My booking was cancelled by the PROPERTY more than a month ago and I am still waiting for my FULL refund of ZAR 12 356.55
