Booking and cancelation

I Made a booking and got to the hotel to find different dates booked. They quick to cancel the reservation and take all my money and leave me stranded.

An option given to me for changing of dates which I don't have a problem with when supplementing on what I have paid already, is more than the current price when doing a separate booking.

This is not the first time I'm experiencing this loss of money and can not even drive back ****m.
