Booking affected by Covid.

I booked and paid for a weeks accommodation at Pearls Umhlanga. Covid restrictions were implemented and I could not go. I requested alternatives of either using another date or a voucher with no penalties. They then cancelled by booking and app**** a 50% cancellation fee. So far 3 communications sent with no response. Very poor.
