Booking

Absolutely shocking! I made a booking on the 31st December 2022 for accommodation. The money was deducted from my account but no confirmation on the actual booking was given. Little did I know that I had to rebook with in 30min. So now I CANNOT get hold of Booking.com!!!!!! It will take within 7 - 12 days. Very disappointing I will never use booking.com again
