Bookin.com - False Advertising

I have recently done a booking with bookin.com, this time the advertising was false and not well explained. the holiday unit camarque umdloti, the advert said elevator in building , but not specifying that there are stairs to this elevator and that the lift in question is more like a cable car to the unit. I had two elderly people travelling and one had a hip replacement op. once I saw the access to the unit i didn't check in and cancelled the stay and booked elsewhere. I have been requesting a refund of my funds, but the owners are not co operating . this is unacceptable as i didn't check in and was a damn inconvenience for me , i never would have booked if the advert indicated stairs to lift , seems bookin.com is not reviewing the ads properly .
