Booing thorough Booking .com

Booking .com charged me 6 times for a booking of R1 440 which totals to about R10 000. There was no availability of the accommodation. Now they took about R10 000 on my Cheque account and i had no place to sleep. Mind you i needed to travel about 4 hours to the place, now no petrol money, no money to book for another accommodation. This happened on Thursday the 17th November 2022. I am writing this review on Monday the 21st November 2022. They are still sitting with my R10 000 they are not even bothered
