Bloubergstrand Holiday Accommodation From Hell: Malata Apartment 9

ACCOMODATION FROM HELL: MALATA APARTMENT 9, 78 BEACH BLVD: APARTMENT OWNER SHARON *** ;Booking.com*** Pin 2359 I, my wife and two kids, 4 and 5 years old, wa yesterday kicked out of a holiday accommodation in Blouberg strand today 08 July 2019. Address 9 Malata Road booking via bookings.com. The lady Sharon was extremely rude and aggressive towards us and our kids. She is a real Tasmanian Devil, pure Evil. She said that she was doing this on the instruction of the owner.

First they switch of the electricity and hot water very early in the morning at 6 am. We thought it was a power failure. We could not bath and charge our cellphones as she disconnected the electricity and hot water.

She cane into the room opening all cupboards, drawers etc not even respecting our privacy. She was rude towards my kids. With kids crying we had to leave the property.

Worse of all she gave us the money in the street and than take a picture of my wife with the cash I her hand, further humiliating us.

More than an hour after we have been kicked out we receive an email from booking.com that our request to reduce our stay by one day was accepted. This clearly a lie and manipulation.

We booked for the 06-10 July 2019. I paid accidentally R5 000 instead of R5080. The lady Shoron came very rude into the room and demanded that we vacate the premise immediately, a day earlier. The rather refund us the R1200 than let us pay R80. She say it is a matter of principle.

I am a banker and have travelled all over the world and never experienced such service. I am from Cape Town but now living in Johannesburg. My wife from Europe. It seems customer service and mentality in Bloubergstrand has not changed. My wife extremely upset we booked flight tickets and came home to Johannesburg today.

I logged a complain to the call Centre, and still awaiting further feedback.

My main aim is to prevent other people experiencing the same.
