<p>A client cancelled their stay, and when the dates came up the "NO SHOW" button is only active for 24 Hours. They billed me R4270 for NOTHING. With all the emails stating the facts, screenshots indicating R0 comission they still do not accept any evidence. They should be investigated at a higher level. NEVE NEVER use them as a booking agent</p>
