Big Thumbs Down to Beach View Guest House

I made booking at Beach View Guest house via Booking.com to celebrate my anniversary. The morning of anniversary I phoned Beach view to tell them I'm on my way and they told me my room is ready and book in time is 13:30. When me and my wife got there, the receptionist told me that they gave the room to someone else, and that they dont have any other rooms available. ....
