Beware of using booking.com as a listing agent

<p>A friend recommended that we list our holiday apartment on the booking.com site. Worst decision I could make. </p> <p>We’ve received poor service as from day one which resulted in me requesting Booking.com to remove our establishment from their site - which was almost a year ago. Since then they keep on sending guests our way resulting in our frustration and discomfort to the guests as they needs to be relocated to other accommodation.</p> <p>Ample e-mails have been sent as well as numerous telephone calls instructing Booking.com to remove our establishment to no avail.</p>
