Beware of *****ulent payment by BOOKING.COM

Booking.com used my saved credit card details and took a *****ulent payment and refuses to take accountability for this payment. I have not been refunded in full and they are claiming difference in exchange rates, outstanding documentation etc for the reason why I am not being reimbursed while the payment was never due in the first place. Payment was also not due for any reservation - an amount just taken from my credit card by Booking.com with refusal to fully refund again with excuses and delaying tactics - very shocking behaviour after being a loyal client for many many years.
