Beware of Booking.com taking money from you and not paying back.

Please do not pay for your accommodation on booking.com website. I pay for 2 accommodations and loose my money, because I cancelled weeks in advance due to circumstances. This is really not a good way of doing business. Now I must speak to a Robot AI to answer all my questions. I spoke to the guesthouse owner who also complained that Booking.com also own him money for about a year now.
