Beware of Booking.com

I have lost my confirmation email and would like a copy. I have been trying and trying to reach a live voice to discuss this and has gone through different ways to make contact to no avail. The contact phone always has an automated message saying that the only calls that are being answered are the ones who has the confirmation/Code information. The problem is that I was never emailed pages 1 and 2 of the email confirmation so don't know the information needed to access a live person. I have waited over 24 hours to contact someone but the same automated message till answers. There is no way to eamil them either. It reverts back to what is your confirmation/code numbers. Like I said I was never emailed pages 1 & 2 of a 3of 3 page email so I don't know what my confirmation number is. It has been a frustrating issue. Please someone help they don't even have a working chat to help me with
