Beware of Booking.Com

I STRONGLY advise everyone to NOT use Booking.com, they owe me money since October LAST YEAR, which they refuse to refund. (OVER seven months) I have spent HOURS on the phone to them, but they refuse to put me through to the finance department, and the finance department ignores all my emails!! Use Airbnb, they are fantastic! SHAME ON YOU BOOKING.COM
