Bermuda 45 102A compensation road a ****

Do not get ****med by booking.com and this listing. I paid for my accommodation at 45 Bermuda in Ballito two months in advance.My Christmas was ruined when the unresponsive host Nobulhe Mkhize cancelled the accomodation the day before Christmas Eve.After calling her several times she answered the phone and agreed to transfer the money on Christmas Eve, it's now 4 days and still no refund.She doesn't answer the calls or respond to emails.I have advised booking.com and they have done nothing about it and still allow these people to **** innocent hard working people of their money.Do not get ****med by this accommodation it is a **** and the amount of inconvenience it has costed me and my family is unacceptable.I will never use booking.com ever again as they now say it's my problem to go contact the host to get a refund.
