Belhar Lofts bnb and booking.com

I booked a bnb via booking dot com. Requested an early check in. Pay and got Property owner's number, I called over 20 times and they never responded, so basically Belhar Lofts ****med me of my money. I soon called booking.com and I couldn't understand the customer care guy helping me, all I wanted was my money. All I heard was 7-12 days, not even sure if I will get my money in full.
