Be careful to use their services

I am really not a kind of person that will go out to bad mouth any business , as I am also a business owner and I know how this type of ratings can influence a business I believe that we all do make mistakes , it is the way you correct your mistake that actually counts , I have given both places the opportunity to correct their error and they are just ignoring me

I am very upset in the manner how the above company has handled my paid booking made through Bookings.com , I have made this booking 6 months ago to secure proper accommodation after we have ran the comrades By cancelling my booking now and refunding me 100% of the fee does not resolve problem that I might not have a place to stay after comrades . The owner of the property is only greedy and brought in a term that you must stay their for at least 7 days , this request was only brought in because they came to a realise that comrades is in the school holidays this year .

I am going to take this matter further if I do not get alternative accommodation , because I am penalised due to bad planning from the property owner

I feel the way Umhlanga Getaway as well as Bookings.com addressed this manner was very unprofessional , the solution does not resolve my problem that was created by the property who did not even call me back with a possible alternative accommodation ,
