BE AWARE OF BOOKING.COM - KAMASSIE GARDENS GUEST HOUSE

We booked another place in Pretoria and it worked fine, they took our money and we stayed just under a month and booked 4 times, so we were happy with their service, but after booking the last place, Kamassie Gardens in Moreleta Park, we booked it in the afternoon at 16:05 and got confirmation that the property owner will meet us at the location. We arrived at 16:59, the gate opened and we drove in and waited for the person to meet us, after an hour we talked to some of the tenants living in the same complex, they talked to the person who is part of the body corporate and then was told that unit 7 which is advertised, is occupied and booking.com was informed that this unit is used to **** out of their money. I have contacted booking.com various times already and they told me they will get back to me, a week later, and are told 5 days yesterday and today 4 days. They can't expect people to trust booking.com as this is the case. I paid their money on that day and they should have refunded me immediately due to it being a ****. This Kamassie Gardens is no longer available to book, so I see that as they acknowledge that it's a ****. I demand that I be refunded fully as ASAP. I feel it's unacceptable to pay for a service, then the service is not available as it's determined by the body corporate of the complex that it's an ****. I demand my refund immediately.
