Be aware of Booking.com!

Be careful to book a flight on booking.com. When you want to cancel, they merely refer you to the airline and do not assist you at all. They charge an agency fee, but don't do anything for it. The airline (Ethiopian airlines) gave me incorrect information, which resulted in a cancellation of my flights. Booking.com refuse to assist me and refused to escalate the changed information to the airline. They merely said I must contact the airline directly, but the airline said that I have to work through booking.com as they were my agent in the booking. SO BETWEEN THE AIRLINE AND BOOKING.COM they refer me to the other one and nothings happen. I have eventually just cancelled my booking, but it has been 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund. Booking.com once again use the excuse that they are waiting for the airline. I doubt that I will ever receive the refund!!!!! Be aware of Booking.com and Ethiopian Airlines!!!!
