B&B booking ****

I booked and paid for a room with them and when I got to the place it wasn't even a guest house. I had to run around Strand 9pm to find a place to sleep. Now when I try call them it's voice mail and the customer service number cuts off while you are making selections with the computer. I have also mailed them and no response. Emanuel guest house is ware I was supposed to stay at 29 Gordon's bay drive. Be ware of these *********
