Bad treatment

They have my money since 29 July,only.thing i heard it will be deposited within 48hrs until now they dont respond to my emails.i booked an accommodation from 29 to 31July in Mpumalanga woodi guest house.on the day I was supposed to check in the manager said it's canceled I asked why they said i must liase with booking.com. these people are not even responding to my emails I want my refund booking.com. The guest always refers me to you . I am disappointed in you after so many bookings I have done through you.please deposit my money I want it.
