Bad support/communication

I made a booking through booking.com at a guesthouse well in advance for the Springbok game at Newlands cause I knew the guesthouses will get very busy and full. The guesthouse could accommodate us with 2 rooms etc. Just to receive an email from Bookin.com 10 days before the date that they could not accommodate us anymore...leaving us not to find any places that could accommodate us so close to the venue. And the only explanation is "miscommunication".
