BAD SERVICE - NO SERVICE NO REPLIES

Bad service - I have asked them numerous times about a large refund that their client waivered and said they can refund us BUT NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME TO CONFIRM....THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING
