Bad service no communication ,No proper explanation of the service they offer

We will never ever book through booking.com again,rather go with airbnb When we got to our hotel in Amsterdam our room was not paid For even though we gave our credit card details to booking.com weeks ago.,After a long flight from South Africa got to hotel and this happens really sucks .My husband had bad experience in Paris at the same time ,No confirmed booking at his hotel either ,Booking.com had his bank details everything and he booked through them.If you gonna promise a service then deliver for goodness sake.Never use booking.com rather use airbnb. Note Our hotel in Amsterdam sorted us out..at least someone that can offer you decent service.Correndon Village Amsterdam. What is your actual job Booking.com?
