Bad service from Booking.com

I made an online booking through the Booking.com website.Approximately 20 minutes after completing the booking,the owner of the guesthouse called me.She told me that she can’t accomodate my guests because check in closes at 21:00.I had to book alternative accommodation for my guests because they were traveling from far.Booking.com is refusing to refund me.
