Bad service frm booking .com and costlands hotel musgrave

I have experienced a very bad service ....it was my first time booking an accomodation using booking . com....I payed using a card on the 30th of November booking for the 14th when I read there it said that I will pay the balance on the day...and bfr the 14th the booking was cancelled ..what irritates me is that they kept on promising that I will get the money I must phone the hotel Coastlands in Musgrave when I phone there they said they dnt have anything to do...mind u I had to book somewhere else ..I am very disappointed by the service in both sides .. the site and the coastlands as well been spending my airtime trying to reach them but hell No anyone whu is responsible can axplain further ...I am very disappointed
