Bad Service

We own a lodge Leopard Rock Bush Lodge in Grietjie Private Nature Reserve. We had guest that booked via Booking.com and stayed at our lodge 1 May 2021. Our guests paid Booking.com and we have not been paid by Booking.com. I have made several calls and online queries to them to find out when we will receive our money. They do not call back with definite answers. They promised to pay 16 June 2021 but this did not happen either. My last answer from them on Monday 2/9/2021 was they will pay as soon as possible. HOW on earth can a lodge wait over 3 MONTHS to get money from them. I am at my wits end with them, can anyone help. My name is Wilma and contact ***
