Bad service

I have been deceived by a hotel listed on Booking.com and when I requested a cancellation it’s a train smash no one is willing to assist I honestly feel you guys do not care about the service you offer to your customers and accept anything to be listed on your site. If ****mers can **** us and be assisted directly by you it’s such a scary 😟 thing
