Bad service

Hi ,I make a booking yesterday on booking.com yesterday at the Wex 1 Woodstock,once I made the payment they stated that there was a delay on they place and all of sudden the apartment was not available but they took my money ,now they want me to wait 7 to 12 days for a refund with is unacceptable as I need the money and the mistake was there's not mine ,is there anyone that can help me get my money back sooner
