Bad service

I booked at Alimop. Our booking was not reflecting. We came a day earlier and booked the day. Just to find out that our booking was not on the system. I live chatted with Anna G who said she is gonna phone me back. The money was taken off but the booking was not made. I asked her to rather let us book at another place through booking. Com and we will pay in the difference. She said she is gonna phone back in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes Jaques phoned. Whom i could not hear and asked if we could chat through live chat. He put the phone down in my ear. That was rude.
