BAD SERVICE!!

Two international tickets have been cancelled after receiving confirmations both time. Upon enquiry, they required a Cancellation fee. Out of urgency to get it sorted we paid in both times only to find out that it been cancelled another time. We have made several calls to booking.com to no avail. Flight is set to depart in less than 24 hours.
