BAD SERVICE

I made a reservation and paid in full only to wake up this morning to find out my booking was cancelled. I never cancelled nor called to cancel. I have never got such poor service. i need my money back or my booking reinstated. The hotel confirmed this was cancelled by 1 of your agents and I called they were rude and refused to give their names your service is pathetic.
