Bad service

I made a booking last weekend Friday for a hotel in Woodstock that is wax 1@ style this manager called me in the afternoon that there was a double booking and that i must call bookings. Com n ask for refund... I called and they said they are getting us an alternative n they did we got to the place and they wanted us to pay again called booking.
