I cancelled my booking with booking.com because of the state of the accommodation place, then booking.com promised to refund me, I have been waiting for my refund ever since, their phones lines rings none stop without anyone picking. The company de*****ed me of my money. I will urge people not to pay upfront using booking.com. I want booking.com to give my money back
